Harbor Wealth Global (HWG Private Credit) operates a dedicated private credit platform with direct lending on balance sheet, split balance sheet, and off-balance sheet ability, jointly with seven exclusive institutional partners. This allows the platform to provide high conviction structures depending on deal profile and capital stack optimization need, transactions can be structured for the best outcome of the deal. With annual deployment capacity exceeding $2.5 billion across the U.S. Capital is deployed through a combination of on-balance-sheet commitments and off-balance sheet structured through our institutional partners under our oversight.
HWG originates and underwrites all transactions directly. This function gives us the ability to deliver certainty of execution and customized financing structures across the debt capital stack. Our focus spans commercial real estate assets—including industrial, self-storage, multifamily, condominiums, mix use, and hospitality—where speed, creativity, and high-conviction underwriting are essential.

We target value-add, transitional, and development-stage opportunities nationwide, with the ability to structure solutions tailored to each sponsor and asset profile rapidly.
Our minimum check size $25 million, with a preferred range of $30–$150 million. HWG combines entrepreneurial agility with institutional reliability—ensuring sponsors receive both speed and certainty.
