Harbor Wealth Global (HWG Debt) operates a dedicated private credit platform supported by our internal funds and seven exclusive institutional partners. The platform provides balance-sheet execution with annual deployment capacity exceeding $2.5 billion across U.S. commercial real estate. Capital is deployed through a combination of on-balance-sheet commitments and structured institutional allocations, with select transactions executed fully off-balance sheet under our oversight.
HWG originates and service’s transactions directly. This function give’s an ability to deliver certainty of execution and customized financing structures across the debt capital stack. Our focus spans commercial real estate assets—including industrial, self-storage, multifamily, condominiums, mix use, and hospitality—where speed, creativity, and high-conviction underwriting are essential.
