Founded in Newport Beach in 2022, Harbor Wealth Global is a multi-strategy alternative investment platform led by a team with 135 years of combined executive experience.

We invest in and structure complex opportunities across CRE private credit, energy, logistics and infrastructure halo assets. Our approach is disciplined and data-led: real-time fundamentals and bottom-up analysis in place of market speculation, so we can identify structural shifts and dislocations and underwrite durable, risk-adjusted returns.

Our team are pioneers in the alternative investment space. Not just investors, but operators, through active management of our portfolio and deal activities, with a history of creating value in our select asset classes.

We bring an extensive network and strong relationships, built on consistently delivering for our customers and investors, and on generating new proprietary ideas, investment opportunities and execution.

The platform is built for cross-strategy collaboration at scale. We underwrite, structure and allocate CRE credit. We acquire and reposition real assets. We build and partner with specialized operating teams, participate in large-format co-investments, and design bespoke capital structures aligned to the objectives of sponsors, investors and operating partners.
